ROOM RATES

Haehaeata Ruma

24 seats, AV system with video conferencing, whiteboard, kitchenette

Rates excluding GST:

$60 per hour
$170 per half day (up until 12pm or from 12.30pm)
$300 per full day

Kopuwai Ruma

4 seats

$30 per hour

$160 per full day

CATERING FOR YOUR MEETING OR EVENT

Industry Lane Eatery is a licensed café serving great coffee and awesome food meeting all dietary requirements. Industry Lane is open from 6am to 4pm daily and can be available in the evenings for special events. FACILITIES

Haehaeata Ruma has tea and coffee making facilities with supplies available free of charge. There is a fixed whiteboard, a mobile whiteboard and some pens available for your use, however we do suggest you bring your own pens for certainty of supply. The room has an Audio-Visual system connected through high speed fibre; just bring your laptop and plug in. There is a speaker system for video calls. The equipment is user-friendly and essentially “plug and play”.

Haehaeata can be set up so that the eight tables at 1800mm long can be made into a long boardroom table seating 18, arranged in pods for collaborative sessions, or in rows for training seating 24 people plus facilitator. Please let us know which layout you prefer in your booking application.

Kopuwai Ruma a desk and chairs are supplied.

Electric car and bike charging will be available in the near future. Should you require car charging for your meeting, the nearest Charge Net station is at 9 Thompson Hill, Alexandra.

Bathrooms are adjacent to the Manuherekia Conference Centre as shown on the plan and include an accessible toilet with shower.

EVACUATION

In a fire, earthquake or other emergency, flick the switch on the manual call points and evacuate the building. If you hear the alarms sounding evacuate the building and go to the Evacuation Assembly Point in the car park. Wait at that point for Wardens and Fire Service to clear the area before leaving the site.

Before starting your meeting please ensure you introduce your clients to the location of toilets, fire exit paths and tell them where the Evacuation Assembly Point is.

RESPECT

Please respect the equipment and environment provided for your use in the Manuherekia Conference Centre. We will have it clean and tidy for your arrival and would appreciate you leaving it the same way.

Please note that if the room is left in a particularly bad state, we will charge any extra cleaning fees onto you. This means all muddy boots must be removed before entering the meeting rooms please.

CANCELLATION

If you need to change the day or time of your meeting we will do our best to arrange this, however given the demand for these rooms please note the next available time slot may be less than ideal. If you need to cancel your booking within one week of the date, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.  

PAYMENT

An invoice for your booking will be emailed to you. Please ensure you pay this on or before the due date. Catering fees are paid to Industry Lane Eatery on the day of your booking.
